Beef Tenderloin tips (trimmings from cleaning whole tenderloin)
Mushroom
Garlic
Onions
Brandy
Beef Broth
Heavy Cream

Directions:
Directions:

Season and brown tenderloin tips. Set aside

in same pan, saute mushrooms, garlic and onions until tender

Add 1/4 cup of brandy to deglaze (be careful...it will flame up)
once flame is out, add a cup of beef broth and 1/2 cup of heavy cream and heat to thicken.

If too thin, a corn starch slurry could be added

Add beef tips into sauce and finish and cook for a few more minutes

Serve with egg noodles and a veg...good stuff.
