3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. unsalted butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
4 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla

Butter Glaze
1 c. sugar
1/2 unsalted butter
3 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º - Grease and flour bundt pan. In large bowl mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix milk and vinegar together in separate bowl. Add eggs to butter/sugar mixture, add vanilla, stir in milk/vinegar mixture and dry ingredients. Spoon into bundt pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes.

Butter Glaze

Poke holes in the cake using smaller end of chopstick or similar sized instrument. Poke holes in the cake, don't poke all the way through to bottom. In saucepan add sugar, butter, and water. Stir until melted, do not boil. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Slowly pour over poked holes in cake. Allow cake to cool for 30 min. from the time of removing it from the oven before inverting.

You can use other glazes for the cake. I like to put strawberries or raspberries glaze on the cake, or it is good with no glaze at all.
