4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts or salmon fillets
1 tsp. - fresh dill, chopped
4 tbsp. - sour cream
2 tsp. - Dijon mustard
1 tsp. - Better Than Bouillon chicken stock concentrate
1/4 cup - water

Directions:
Directions:
Pat protein dry with paper towels and season all over with salt and pepper.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add protein and cook until browned and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes per side. Move protein to a cutting board to rest. In the same pan, add sour cream, stock concentrate, water, mustard, and dill. Stir until combined and heated.

Serve protein and top with sauce.
