1 lb. - ground pork
2 tsp. - fresh rosemary, chopped
1 each - granny smith apple, grated
1 each - egg, beaten
salt & pepper
4 slices - white cheese (white cheddar, gouda, or baby swiss)

Directions:
Directions:
Grate the apple into the middle of a paper towel. Squeeze out any excess liquid. In a medium bowl, combine the grated apple, pork, rosemary, and egg. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties. Season patties with salt and pepper.

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in large cast iron pan (or non-stick pan) and add the patties. Cook 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through.

Top with sliced cheese.
