**For 6 quart freezer
3 cans Eagle brand milk
2-3 large cartons fresh strawberries (or frozen/canned peaches), pureed
1 cup sugar if using fresh strawberries or if using frozen or fresh peaches (canned won’t need extra sugar)
1 ½ QTS heavy whipping cream
1 TBSP Vanilla flavoring
2 8oz cream cheese, softened
Milk (fresh or canned) if needed.

ICE CREAM:
Slice strawberries and cover with sugar. When sugar has dissolved in strawberries, puree strawberries in food processor. Mix softened cream cheese with one can eagle brand milk in food processor/blender. Pour into bowl and add other 2 cans eagle brand milk and the heavy whipping cream. Add strawberries. Mix well and add vanilla flavoring. Pour mixture into freezer. Finish filling freezer to recommended fill line with whipping cream or milk. Blend mixture good with paddle. (if using peaches, will need to be pureed).
