8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. minced onion
⅛ tsp. black pepper
1 pkg. Buddig corned beef

* Optional topping choices: finely chopped nuts, chopped parsley, bacon bits....

Directions:
Directions:
Chop Buddig beef into small pieces
Combine all ingredients and blend well.
Refrigerate for several hours to let flavors marry.
Bring to room temp before serving with crackers or crostini.

*Note: For more formal presentation, before refrigerating, pour dip into a small bowl lined with plastic wrap.
Press dip with plastic wrap into the bowl and refrigerate. Remove the plastic wrap and set mound on serving tray and cover mound with your choice of topping.
