1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 salt
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream the sugar with butter.
2. Add the eggs
3. Sift dry ingredients together.
4. Add vanilla to the sour cream.
5. To the dry ingredients, add the sour cream and creamed mixture (alternating a little sour cream, mix, then a little cream mixture, mix. You will do this adding 1/3 of the mixture at a time.)
6. Grease and flour a bunt pan or a 9" X 13" pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
7. Place half of the batter into the pan followed by half of the topping. Repeat the process and place the rest of the topping. Or place all of the batter in the pan and place all of the topping on top.
8. Bake 30-40 minutes


Topping:
Place all of the ingredients together and mix well
