2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup butter
1 can (9 oz) crushed pineapple
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 7 x 11 pan.

2. Blend together dry ingredients including butter. Set aside ¾ cup of crumble for topping.

3. Add eggs and pineapple. Mix well. Sprinkle crumble on top.

4. Pour into prepared pan and bake approximately 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
