3 eggs
2 ripe bananas
⅓ c maple syrup
¼ c milk
1 t vanilla
1 c protein powder
½ c quick oats
½ c coconut flour
½ c flaxseed/meal
2 c blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wet ingredients (including banana but not blueberry) in a stand mixer until well blended. Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Add in blueberries and mix gently so as not to break the berries.

Pour into parchment-lined and sprayed 9X9 pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into 12 bars. Store bars in refrigerator.
