2 c quick oats
1 c peanut butter
½ c sliced almonds or sunflower seeds
½ c mini chocolate chips
¼ c honey

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and add a bit more honey if necessary to hold together. Spread and flatten in an 8X8 or 9X9 pan lined with parchment paper and freeze for 1 hour. Cut into 12 bars. Store in refrigerator.

Additional add-ins: chia seeds, flaxseed, raisins, shredded coconut, dry fruit, additional nuts.
