1 ½. C of all purpose flour
1 t baking powder
½ C Butter
1 C Granulated sugar
5 Eggs
1 T Vanilla extract
2 C whole milk
1 (14 oz. can ) Sweetened condenced milk
1 (12 oz. can) Evaporated milk
1 Container of Cool Whip. or( 1 ½ C heavy cream, 1 C sugar, 1 t vanilla extract and whip your own whip cream topping)

Directions:
Pre heat oven 350º. Grease and flour one 13 x 9 baking pan.
Sift flour and baking powder and set aside
Cream butter and 1 C sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and the vanilla. Beat well
Add the flour mixture to the butter nixture 2 tablespoons at a time. Mix until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pan.
