4 med. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2" slices
2 Granny Smith or Golden Delicious apples, cored, peeled, and thinly sliced
1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
3 Tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 450º. Grease a 9x13 baking dish and layer sweet potato slices into the dish. Sprinkle on the brown sugar. Combine the melted butter and cinnamon and drizzle over the top. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 35-45 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender.
