4 large eggs or 5 small eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour, sifted 3 times
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Put salt in egg whites and bet until stiff. Add one cup of sugar and beat in ½ of the yolks until lemon color. Put in 1/2 cup of sugar and combine the two egg mixtures. Add lemon juice and vanilla. Slowly fold in flour and bake in moderate oven.
