1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1-1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup "quick" oats

Directions:
Directions:
Cream softened butter and sugar in mixer bowl. Add vanilla, oats and flour. Scrap dough onto a clean, dry surface. Roll dough into logs approximately 1-1/2" in diameter. Roll the logs into the chocolate "shots" (sprinkles), and chill for several hours, even overnight.

When ready to be baked, preheat oven to 325º. Slice dough into 1/4" thick slices and place on ungreased cookie sheet. You can use parchment paper or a silicone sheet under the cookies for easy clean up. Bake cookies for approximately 25 minutes.
