1 Large Garlic Clove, Minced
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Prosciutto (about 3 ounces)
1/4 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
3 Tbsp. Parsley
3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Large Egg, Slightly Beaten
