2 8-oz. packages cream cheese
2 cans smoked oysters
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 large or 2 small cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
2-3 T. mayonnaise
1/8 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream enough mayonnaise in cheese to hold together. Add Worcestershire, garlic & onion. Combine well. Spread about 1/2 inch thick on wax paper. Make 2 rolls. Chop oysters & spread on top. Roll as a jelly roll. Chill 24 hours. Serve with crackers.
