1 cup heavy cream
2 tea chopped garlic
1 1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Slowly melt butter and cream over low heat, whisk to blend. Add cheese and garlic, whisk till smooth. Serve over your favorite pasta, top with more cheese and fresh parsley.
