Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Oven proof dish (I like terracotta)
20 king prawns tails on the rest removed inc. poo sack. (I like to keep the heads and crush them in a pan with a little oil using the back of a spoon). see below.
3 cloves of garlic sliced
1/2 tsp chilli flakes.
Chopped parsley.
1 cup olive oil.
Salt and pepper.
Lemon wedges.
Crusty rolls not buttered.

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.

If you are brave enough to use the heads (and you should) put them in a few tables spoons of olive oil in a small frying pan and squash them the resulting oil will have the most intense flavour.
Strain the heads from the oil and put this oil in the terracotta dish.
Add the prawns and then use the remaining oil to top up in the dish until the prawns are covered.

Mix in the rest of the ingredients except the parsley, lemon and rolls.

Place the dish in the oven for 10-15 minutes. (the oil need 10 minutes to heat and the prawns 5 minutes to cook)
Sprinkle with parsley and a squeeze of lemon the dive in.

This is simple but epic. Do the squashed head thing it really makes a difference.
