1 Napa cabbage cut fine (use the top first)
5 green onions, chopped fine including greens
1/4 c. sunflower nuts
1 pkg. Ramen noodles (discard flavoring)
2/3 c. slivered almonds
2 T. butter

Dressing:
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare dressing by mixing it together and let stand until the sugar is disolved.
Saute almonds, seeds and noodles in butter. I use a non-stick pan. Stir them enough so they get toasted lightly and do not burn. Cool This.
Toss the cabbage, onions, seeds etc. and the dressing together and serve.

You can use regular cabbage also if you cannot find napa cabbage.
