10 medium fresh squash
1/2 onion
3/4 cup Velveeta cheese
3/4 sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sour cream
2 egg yolk
1 tbsp. chives
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice squash and onion and boil until almost cooked. Melt cheeses and butter in microwave. Mix sour cream, egg yolks and spices together. Mix with cheese and let cool some. Place squash and onion in casserole dish and pour mixture over well drained squash. Put some cheese on top. Bake 375 F for 45-50 minutes.
