Peach halves (2 per serving)
Brandy
Dark Brown Sugar
Captain Gray's Mango Chutney
Chopped Pecans

12 to 24 hours before planning to serve, Place peach halves in a casserole dish and pour brandy over them, filling the hole and over flow a little. If late, we have done this as late as three hours prior to serving and it is still good. Cover and refrigerate. Just prior to serving empty the brandy and return peaches to casserole dish, hole side up. Sprinkle with dark brown sugar, fill hole with chutney and sprinkle top with chopped pecans. roast in oven at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on a lettuce leaf.
