Brownies:

3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 c. melted margarine
2 t. vanilla
1/4 c. plus 2 T. powdered milk
3/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. water
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking powder
4 beaten eggs

Mint Frosting:
1/2 c. margarine
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/4 t. peppermint extract (I use creme de menthe flavoring)
green food color
few tsp milk

Directions:
Directions:
For brownies melt margarine, add sugar, cocoa, and powdered milk. Beat well. Add salt, baking powder, and vanilla. Beat. Add eggs. Add water and flour. Mix. Pour into greased large pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. (Do not overbake--I usually bake for 24 min.)


Mix frosting ingredients together and spread on cooled brownies and refrigerate. Melt 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 square margarine. Pour over top of mint frosting. Keep cool.
