1 package Biscuit and Gravy mix prepared as directed on package
1 cup shredded cheese
6 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Press the crescent rolls into the bottom of a small cookie sheet. Pinch the seams together.

Slightly cook the hash browns in a skillet with a little butter. Do not have to be crispy but just cooked through. Sprinkle on crescent rolls.

Brown the breakfast sausage and drain. Sprinkle it over the hash browns. Prepare the gravy mix packet as directed and pour over the sausage. Add the cheese. Beat the eggs in a bowl with a little salt and pepper. Pour over the cheese.

Can add bacon, peppers, mushrooms, whatever you would like on your pizza.
Adjust amounts to the size of your pan.

Bake 350º for 25 minutes or eggs looks set on top. Do not let the crust overbake though.
