1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 16oz. carton of cottage cheese
¼ lb. grated sharp cheese
2 Tbs. melted margarine or butter
3 Tbs. flour
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Chop spinach a little more or chop and mix everything with a food processor. Can be done with a mixer or spoon, depending on how fine you want your spinach chopped.
Pour into a buttered or sprayed, shallow casserole
Bake 1 hour at 350⁰, uncovered
Optional toppings: Buttered bread crumbs, mushrooms, chopped bacon, onion, etc. .
