5 cup Spinach
1 can Mandarin Oranges (Drained)
1 cup French Fried Onion Rings
2 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon Sugar
2/3 cup Silver Almonds

Dressing:
1/2 cup Oil
1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
4 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 tablespoon Celery Seed
1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter, sugar and almonds over medium heat until brown- stir continuously- cool- then break apart almonds.

Combine all dressing ingredients and pour over spinach mixture
