1 packet of smoked peppered mackerel or plain (I prefer the peppered sort)
1 lemon zest and juice
1 pot of soft cream cheese (Philadelphia)
Mix this altogether
Taste, you may want to add more lemon juice.

Enjoy, this is a family favourite.
