1 LB PEELED AND CHOPPED LARGE SHRIMP
8 CLOVES OF GARLIC
4TBS CHOPPED PARSLEY
4 TBS LEMON JUICE
6 TBS MAYO
1TSP RED PEPPER FLAKES
4 TBS BUTTER
8 OZ CREAM CHEESE
1 CUP MOZZ CHEESE
4 TBS GRATED PARM
1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
1/2 CUP WHITE WINE

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 LIGHLTY SPRAY SQUARE BAKING DISH. MELT BUTTER IN LRG SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT, ADD SHRIMP, GARLIC, & RED PEPPER. COOK ABOUT 2 MINUTES OR UNTIL SHRIMP IS DONE. STIR IN WINE & LEMON JUICE. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER. BRING TO A SIMMER AND REMOVE FROM HEAT & STIR IN CREAM CHEESE,
SOUR CREAM, MAYO,PARSLEY 1/2 CUP MOZZ & PARM. SPREAD MIXTURE IN DISH, SPRINKLE W/ 1/2 CUP MOZZ.
PLACE IN OVEN 10-12 MIN OR UNTIL BROWN & BUBBLY.

NOTE: SERVE WITH SLICES OF FRENCH BREAD OR ANY TYPE OF BREAD YOU LIKE.
