12.oz.350g.Mixed Dried Fruit.
8.oz.Demerara Sugar.
1/2.pt.300mls.ColdTea.
5.oz,150g.Self raising Flour.
5.oz.150g.All-Bran.
1.Egg..

Directions:
Directions:
Put fruit and sugar in a bowl and soak with cold tea for a few hours or over night.
Mix in remaining ingredients and stir well.
Put in a greased loaf tin.
Cook for about 2.hrs.
