1 Cup water
½ Cup butter
1 Cup flour
4 eggs

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400º
2. Heat water and butter to a rolling boil in saucepan. Stir in flour. Stir hard over low heat until mixture forms a ball (about 1 minute). Remove from heat.
3. Beat in eggs thoroughly, 1 at a time. Beat until smooth. Drop by spoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
4. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until puffed, golden brown and dry. Allow to cool slowly. Cut off tops with sharp knife and scoop out soft dough.
5. Fill with vanilla pudding or ice cream, and top with chocolate sauce
