1 box cake mix - any flavor
1/2 c oil
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix all ingredients.

Roll into one inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.

Bake for approximately 10 minutes. Cookies will be done just before they are golden brown.

Dust with powdered sugar for a finishing touch.


Variation: You could add in nuts, raisins, chocolate chips, coconut.
