½ chopped onion
1 tbsp butter
1 cup Bisquick
½ cup plus 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
⅓ cup milk
1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter and set aside.
Combine Bisquick, ½ cup cheese and the milk. Mix until a smooth dough. Knead 10 times on a floured surface.
Grease a pie plate and spread in dough.
Cover with 1 cup cheese.
Mix the egg with the onion and pour over cheese.

Bake 20 minutes at 425º
