2 salmon steaks

Teriyaki Sauce:
3 tablespoons soya sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
4 slices ginger, chopped
2 tablespoons wine, sake or mirin

Directions:
Directions:

1. Mix Teriyaki Sauce ingredients together. Pour over salmon in casserole dish.
2. Cover and place in microwave at medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until bones come away easily from flesh.
3. If cooking in an oven, bake in foil at 350°F for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
