Directions:
Directions:
Bring all of ingredients to a simmer (hot). Do not boil. Cool to lukewarm.

Test yeast. Put yeast in 1/2 cup warm water with 1/2 tsp. sugar. If it rises well in 10 minutes, use it.

Add flour to cooled milk mixture in order to make loose dough. Add yeast mix and 3 beaten eggs. Mix in flour gradually until you can knead dough to a non-sticky ball. Let rise until it doubles.

When it has doubled, lightly punch the dough down. Form dough into rolls or cinnamon buns. Let rise until doubled in size.

Bake 375 for 25-30 minutes.

For buns, roll dough into rectangular, spread with soften butter, sprinkle with brown sugar, Cinnamon, and walnuts, depending on taste, roll into long roll, slice, place in pan. Bake as directed.

Use lightly greased pans, space rolls slightly apart before second rise.
