1 (10 oz) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 c shredded cheese blend ( Cheddar/ Monterey Jack)
¾ c seasoned dry bread crumbs
3 eggs, beaten
Louisiana Hot Sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients and shape into small patties. Place on parchment paper-lined backing sheet.
OPTIONAL... Before placing into oven, sprinkle with a couple drops of hot sauce on each "cookie"
*** Leave out hot sauce if making for children's snack.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly golden..
