"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Pop used to make these for me (Bridget) every time I would stay the night with red potatoes and broccoli. Then he and grandma would make me eat all of my broccoli before I was allowed to add any more fishballs to my plate.
*Try smothering your potatoes in the fishball sauce - delicious.
