12-16 slices of deli ham or pre-packaged ham (medium thickness)
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened to room temp.
12-16 small dill pickles (I use kosher baby dills)

Directions:
Lay ham slices out and evenly spread approximately one tablespoon of the cream cheese on each slice so that it reaches the edges. Place a pickle at one end, and roll it up. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove and cut the rolls into slices. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
