1½ lb. shredded white organic Monterrey Jack cheese, divided
1½ c. almost boiling water, divided
½ c. + 1 T. organic milk powder
1½ tsp. unflavored gelatin, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Line a bread loaf pan with plastic wrap. Place ½ c. water, 3 T. milk powder, and ½ tsp. gelatin into glass blender. Blend until gelatin until dissolved. Add in ⅓ of shredded cheese and blend. Pour mixture into loaf pan. Repeat same procedure two more times. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Makes 2 lbs.
