6 - 8 slices uncured bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 - 8 oz. organic cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise (avocado oil or safflower oil)
4-6 jalapenos, de-seeded and finely chopped
1½ c. shredded white organic Monterrey Jack cheese
¼ c. organic diced green onions

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Chill. Serve with crackers.

Variation: Cut a loaf of french bread lengthwise. Butter both halves and spread jalapeno popper dip on each half. Sprinkle with organic shredded white Monterrey Jack cheese and bake at 350º until cheese is fully melted and slightly golden brown. Cut into 2 inch slices for a great appetizer.
