Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1lb Johnsonville Sweet Italian Sausage - take out of casing
1 medium chopped onion
2 eggs
Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs 1 - 2 cups, depending on the feel of the meatloaf that you've made. Sorry I've never measured.

Sauce:
2 cups catsup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Again, I never measure, so make it to your taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Meatloaf: Mix the hamburger and sweet Italian sausage together. Add the onions, eggs and the Italian Bread Crumbs into the hamburger/sausage mix. Form two loafs and put them on a broiler pan. I usually spray Pam on broiler pan so that it makes the broiler pan easier to clean.

Sauce: Mix the catsup, brown sugar and apple cider vinegar in a small sauce pan. Heat it over a medium flame until the brown sugar has melted. Spread over the top of the meat loaf and bake in the oven.

Bake at 350º for 1hour or until the meatloaf reaches internal temperature of 150

Personal Notes:
You can cut this recipe in half if you want to make just one meat loaf. My kids hated meatloaf until I made this. Once they tasted this meatloaf the were always requesting it.
