1 c. raisins
1 c. boiling water
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans, remove fat
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Let raisins sit in hot water; stir and allow to plump until mixture cools. Beat eggs, oil, sugar, and pork and beans until beans are very mashed. Add flour and rest of dry ingredients to bean mixture. Then add raisins and juice; mix and add vanilla and nuts. Pour into 2 well-greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350º for 50 to 60 minutes.
