1 lemon cake mix
1 box lemon instant pudding
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. (or less) poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and beat for 4 minutes. Line 2 loaf tins with waxed paper. Put half of batter in each pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. When cool, mix frosting ingredients and frost loaves.
