3/4 c. water
2 T. peanut oil
1 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. bread flour
3/4 c. oats
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. yeast
Directions:
Directions:
Place ingredients in machine; select dough cycle. When done, place dough on lightly floured surface. If necessary, knead in enough flour to make dough easy to handle. Roll dough into 12-inch circles. Place on preheated baking stone lined with parchment paper. Brush surface of dough with 1 tablespoon peanut oil. Prick randomly with fork. Top with favorite ingredients. Bake at 425º for 20 minutes or until done.
