1 can beer
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. oil
2 T. yeast
2 tsp. onion salt
9 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Combine and heat in microwave:
1 can beer
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. oil

Add:
2 T. yeast
2 tsp. onion salt

Stir in:
9 c. flour

Let rise 45 minutes in warm place. Pat into long, 6-inch-wide strips. Brush with
whole beaten egg. Sprinkle with onion salt. Cut up very thin (1/4-inch-thick) strips
with pizza cutter. Lay on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400º for 15 to 17 minutes.
