Ingredients:
2 C Flour
2 t sugar
1 1/4 t salt (Aunt Phyllis uses less - 3/4 t)
2/3 c oil
3 T milk
2 T cheddar cheese (optional)
2 T Pecan meal (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
For apple pie, preheat oven to 350.

In mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt. Add oil and milk and mix well. Reserve 1/3 of pastry to crumble on top - pat the rest in pie plate, much as you would a graham cracker crust.

For apple pie, bake about 1 hour or until apples are done. You can use both the cheddar cheese and the pecan meal, if desired.

Personal Notes:
This makes a great apple pie crust! Happy to have one of Aunt Phyllis' recipes - she says it was a Gramma Bush recipe, but I don't remember it!
