2 sticks softened butter (I like to use real)
1/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 package semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Combine butter, sugar, and pudding. Add vanilla and eggs and blend well. Blend in soda, salt, and flour.
Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop by spoonful onto an undresses cooke sheet or stone.

Bake 9-10 minutes or until a light golden brown. They may not look done but will continue to cook a little more on the pan. Take out and cool on cookie sheet for about 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cooling rack. Enjoy!

Personal Notes:
I usually double this recipe! They freeze very well. This has always been one of the boys' favorite cookies!
