6 medium to large banana peppers (mild or hot according to how spicy you want dip)
1 pkg cream cheese, softened
¾ cup Greek yogurt
¼ cup mayo
Small tub Gorgonzola or blue cheese
½ cup Romano or parm cheese
1½ cups mozzarella
Lots of fresh basil, chopped coarsely
Sprinkle of garlic powder, pepper, parsley
Seasoned bread crumbs

* Slice peppers lengthwise (remove seeds) and coarsely chop.
* Mix all ingredients and spread into 9x13 pan. Top with seasoned breadcrumbs if you’d like.
* Bake at 400° for 20-25 min. Serve with tortilla chips, crudités and/or crackers.
