1 ~ 4 lb chicken (boiled) or chicken breasts
1 pk of bread dressing (stuffing)
3/4 cup butter
1 cup of chopped celery
1 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of flour
3 cups of chicken-broth (canned)

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer chicken until tender.
Chop chicken into bit -size pieces or shred.
Toss bread into melted buttler

Sauce:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
3 cups broth

Make a roux with melted butter and flour, cook over a slow fire until it bubbles.

Add chicken broth, cook sauce until it is thick, stirring constantly.

Butter casserole.

Put a layer each of bread crumbs~ onions ~ celery ~ chicken.

Cover with sauce.

Making two layers of each ending with topping of bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
