Wild caught salmon filets
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Lemon
Sea Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Dill
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
* Preheat oven to 425°
* Prepare salmon filets by brushing with EVOO, squeezing lemon and sprinkling with spices.
* Cook filets about 12-14 min depending on thickness (about 6 min per half inch thick).
* Check for flakiness with fork in thickest part to confirm it’s done.
* Remove from oven and squeeze more lemon over the top.
* Serve with tzatziki yogurt dill sauce (see recipe in Sauces)
