Honey 2 tblsp
Dijon mustard 2 tblsp
Apple cider vinegar 1 tblsp
2 salmon fillets with skin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mustard, honey, and vinegar in a small bowl
Pat salmon dry, lightly salt and pepper
Sear salmon flesh side down; 2-4 minutes until golden brown
Place flesh side up on oiled baking sheet. Spoon 1/2 of mustard mix over the fish
Bake 400 for 5 minutes. Spoon remaining sauce over fish and continue cooking 2-5 more minutes.
