2 oz spicy Szechuan sauce
1/2 oz sherry vinegar
1/2 oz wonton strips
8 oz ramen noodles
2 green onions
8 oz slaw mix
12 oz ground pork

Directions:
Directions:
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle - keep white and green separate
Cook ground pork in non stick pan. Add 1tsp olive oil, ground pork, and white portions of green onion to pan. Breaking up meat, cook until mostly browned; 4-5 minutes. Add slaw and sherry vinegar. Stir occasionally until wilted and pork is done; 3-4 minutes
Add Szechuan sauce, noodles, 1/4 cup water to pan. Stir until heated through and noodles are coated with sauce.
Plate and top with wonton strips and green part of green onions.
